  • First panel: A view of the city from above with ads plastered on the scyscraper walls. Box of texts say: Night City, Free State of California Year 2020. Somewhere in South NC Second panel: Two homeless people are squatting near a bar entrance. A loud shout can be heard from inside: "What do you mean we only get 200 eddies?! The deal was 500! You think you can just pull wool over our eyes like that?!" Third panel: Hands are drying a glass. A voice speaks softly: "I'm not pulling wool over anyone's eyes Ms. Heidreksdottir. I explicitly told you before the gig, that should you succeed in being discreet, I'd double your pay. But... Leaving bodies and witnesses behind is not discreet. Fourth panel: A bartender looks to the side with an unamused experssion. A voice bluntly remarks: "I think you're full of shit, Orchid."

  • First panel: Sif furiously argues and raises three fingers: "There were three scavs in there. We wasted two of them, they were confirmed flatlines. The third one didn't even have the balls to come into the room with his buddies but ran when the first shot was fired. There was no one else there! For shit-town standards that was pretty fucking discreet." Roxie cautiously raises a finger and says: "Umm Sif... Maybe don't insult our fixer's home turf? Second panel: A hand pours alchohol to a glass. Third panel: A close up image of a person drinking alcohol. Fourth panel: Orchid the fixer smokes their cigarette and leans on their cybernetic hand. There's a package on the table that Sif and Roxie brought. They say: "You should really listen to your partner's advice. Behaving like a loudmouthed punk will only get you so far in NC. You're lucky that I have an exceptional tolerance for gonk bullshit.

  • First panel: Roxie glances at her side where frustrated Sif is and says: "Orchid, she is no normal gonk! You should've seen how she bulldozed those two punks back there! If anything, we should get that 500 for making your turf a little more scav free!". Second panel: Orchid looks at the two women with their horizontal pupilled eyes carefully. Third panel: Orchid declares to the two: "Nice little spiel, but flatlining scavs wasn't your job. You get 200 eddies in total as agreed." Sif looks insulted and frustrated. Roxie mutters "merda" under her breath and leans on the table with her elbows.

  • First panel: A cybernetic hand slides some eurodollars on the table. Second panel: Orchid the fixer smokes and looks coldly at Sif and Roxie. They say: There's your eddies. Our business is therefore concluded. Don't expect more jobs from me anytime soon. Now get out of my sight. Third panel: Sif furiously spits back at Orchid: You fixers are all the same. You'd be nothing without the people who risk their necks for you day after day, you arrogant piece of- Roxie interrupts her by shouting: SIF! Fourth panel: Sif looks at Roxie with a genuinely surprised face. Fifth panel: Roxie looks at Sif. Her expression signals slight disappointment and disapproval. Sixth panel: Roxie says: Let's go we're done here. Orchid sips at their drink with a smug aura.

  • First panel: A hand grabs a stack of cash with force and anger. Second panel: Orchid the fixer is relieved and says: "Thank goodness. I think I missed a dozen calls while you were yapping my ear off." Sif snarkily replies: "As if someone would actually want to voluntarily speak with you." Third panel: Orchid yells at Roxie and Sif as they're leaving: "You should stop hanging out with gutter trash Roxie. Or else the filth might stick to you". Roxie replies annoyed: "Cool. Didn't ask for your opinion though!" and she adds to that in a more quiet tone: "Puta..." Fourth panel: The two are walking up the staircase with loud thuds. Roxie states in a frustrated tone: "Merda! I'm never setting my foot in this dive again. I'm no expert on the streets but a sign of a good fixer is that they actually give two shits about their runners, right?

  • First panel: Roxie, who is wet from all the rain, smiles to Sif reassuringly and says: "Well fuck them I say! Why don't we go and grab a round at the Caliente? How about it?". Sif has a "thousand yard stare" on her face. Second panel: Sif, who has her back turned to Roxie, stoically replies: "No thanks, I'll pass. I think I'll head home now. It was good working with you Roxie." Third panel: Roxie looks at Sif with a hint of worry on her face: "You ok, choomba? You went pretty serious all of a sudden. I hope you didn't take the fixer's words to your heart...". Fourth panel: Sif hands a stack of cash to Roxie. Raindrops are falling on their hands and on the money. Sif says: "Here's your share of the eddies. Thanks for having my back out there." Fifth panel: Sif walks away towards a dark alley in the rain and says to Roxie quietly: "Goodbye".

  • First panel. Sif and a random person are waiting for a bus under a bus stop. A bus arrives with it's tires screeching. Second panel. Sif steps on the bus with a thud sound. Third panel: Sif stand at the bus and is holding onto a pole. Her expression is very absent and ponderous. Fourth panel. Picture of a bus tire. The bus comes to a halt again with it's tires screeching. Fifth panel. Sif steps out of the bus and looks outside with a blank gaze. Sixth panel. Sif walks towards a gate, guarded by two armed individuals. The building in front of her is a run-down police station that's occupied by a gang. There's gang tags everywhere and the big sign in fron of the front door where it used to read "NCPD" has been tagged over with a text: Northern Hawks".

  • Digital art comic book page. First panel. Sif walks into an old lobby that's inhabited by gang members. Their clothes very similiar to hers. Second panel. Sif's face looks worried and stressed and she thinks to herself: "Fuck..." Third panel. Sif sighs and goes things over in her mind: "Why am I so anxious about this? The gig could've went worse, I could've returned empty handed. Hell- I could've died back there. Just drop the eddies in there and leave. No big deal..." Fourth panel. Sif's thoughts get interrupted by a very chirpy: "Hej, Sif". She looks surprised. Fifth panel. A shaggy looking man with a beanie and a beard is sitting on the ground and asking curiously:" You okej? You're looking a little stressed. How did the gig turn out?" The man has an icelandic accent, just like Sif does. Sixth panel: Sif tries to pretend like nothing is wrong and says with a serious expression: "Oh hæ Jorgen. The gig? Well I'm here aren't I? It was ok".
